No surprise, as they got an unqualified audit and UF would certainly have known what Deloitte was going to say. Ferd, I really tried. I provided you with handy-dandy step-by-step instructions so you could find and search SEC documents and it seems you must have lost them. You can't keep limiting your search for understanding to just the Press Releases -- those are for amateurs and clowns. For those keeping score at home, as an Accelerated Filer, BYND's 10-K is due 40 days after QE, or May 11. That's in just 1 month! Everyone will get another look at: 1. Declining revenue, increasing losses, another quarter of massive cash burn, dwindling liquidity and complaints about real meat eaters, or 2. Excuses about why another 10-Q will be late and a reset of the 12 mo requirement to be SEC compliant before being able to issue securities under an S-3. The suspense is so exciting! I can't wait to hear which one they'll choose! After that, the countdown to the reverse split will be in full swing -- the deadline is in August!...
