Major news is coming! We all know that. When it happens say goodbye forever to the $3s. It won't be long until the SP of CLOV at this level looked like FREE MONEY! Yes, I started buying around .75 cents and continue to average up here because the writing is all over this wall. It's taken years, but the wait is finally over for those have patiently waited. Significant volumes are stacking up @$3 and $3,5 calls, probably clamping down CLOV advancing further. Most Health Care Insurance stocks (ALHC, HUM, UNH, etc) are in the positive territories today, and CLOV should be moving in the same direction, in my opinion....

CLOV was all over the map yesterday, up and down rapidly in the range of low $3-$3.20 in a tug of war. It is difficult to get a hint of directional moves. The pre-market trading is active with 44k shares traded around >$3.10-$3.12. CLOV needs to get out the gate and run past $3.20 and hovering $3.5 line to end the day......

It appears that CLOV is being constrained in a low $3 range bound this week and may conclude the trading activities for a few pennies over $3, still a good week with incremental gains. Someone may happily walk away with tons for pennies, forcing a turnover of shares to end the week. oh, well! I believe CLOV would get to set a newer 2-year high and close the gap @6.35 another day......

Clover will need to make a believer out of investors on Wall Street. It will take more than one (1) Iowa Clinic to push this stock up. As soon as they announce 2 more deals and prove to investors we are rocking & rolling then Clover will get off the launch pad. The engines are revved up and ready, it just takes a little more time. Intelligent longs are slowly adding to positions here. These days mean nothing given what we know about Clover Health, Counterpart Health, full year profitably, the company buying back shares and much more. Real extensive DD in numerous ways tell us that the SP will do extremely well in the coming days. Look at OSCR as a very poor comp at $32 a share. Look at OSCR'S 1 year chart. $3 to $32 and they aren't profitable nor do they have Counterpart Health! Rocket MAN is coming!...

Not garbage and not a wipeout. Quote... "2+mil shares at the Close, wow! Some big boy drove it down so someone could load up. Four trades over 100k shares including one 343,710." A very intentional takedown. It will return next week. Besides in the big picture moving forward, this was a nano-second today. Wow! A knock-out punch was delivered in a final few mintutes to get CLOV from $2.99/$3 to close the week at $2.91. It is interesting to note that the negative naysayers, just like previous months, came out of the woods and "the London Bridge is falling down"! . According to Fintel stat, the share price of CLOV on September 20, 2023 was $1.08, and today September 20, 2024 CLOV is $2.92, representing a gain of 170.37% over this period. Lokking closer a week ago, CLOV drifted in a final few minutes to close at $2.91, down 8 cents forthe week! The London bridge is not falling down, period! CLOV will set a newer 2-year high in the $4 zone another day, in my opinion...

This drop today has nothing to do with Clover. There has been no negative news, so why the drop? Well sales happen for many reasons, like profit taking, rebalancing their portfolio, or their belief that the share price will go lower. ( which could or may not be true). For me I believe the Company is still on track to show improved sales and earnings on their next earnings report. I also still believe we will see more contracts signed in the near future, so unless I see a change in what clover is reporting I will not sell one share, not one, and like many here I own a bunch..........

CLOV is drifting down on low volume out of the gate from Friday's residual piles. It would be bullish indicator for CLOV to reverse course and climb back to >$3.This is the final week going to the end of the quarter and a institutional tax year. A reshuffling of portfolios would occur. CLOV has been substantially up YTD, and would be a positive holdings in the portfolios, in my opinion. Now let’s see CLOV reverse course today.....

Last week, I quipped my discontent over the 0.9M RSU awarded to four executives as "excessive," so this morning I dug into the Company's 2022 Inducement Award Program to learn more about it. If anyone is interested, the Program is detailed in the Company's S-8 (Registration statement) filing from 2022-03-09. In EX-5.1, the Company registered 11M shares for the Program. In EX-99.1, an RSU is defined as an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company. Does the market price in the dilution at the time of registration or the awarding of the shares? Based on the latest price action, it appears to be priced in at the awarding and the shorts are using these 0.9M awarded RSU as leverage for their short attack. I don't think they can hold this below $2.92, but we shall see. Any close north of $2.92 puts us back on a bullish path....

The last quarter is the solid report and indictates a turn-around of the company and the stock. One data point does not make a trend; however, the company has provided the revised and upbeat forecast for the entire 2024. Delivery on the positive forecast will propel Clover-the stock and make the current prices a laughing stock as we look back, as we are looking back at the dollar line today....

I don't trade options, so I have little understanding of their nuances, but the disproportionate amount of open interest for $3 and $3.5 call options for Friday's close tells me a lot of traders are betting against CLOV by selling these call options. I suspect many of them are selling naked, too. News from the Company would surely begin a squeeze if this analysis is correct....

CLOV'S BOD is VERY well aware of the manipulation of the stock. They will inflict much damage and pain to get the maximum profit, pleasure and satisfaction for the company and its shareholders. In the meantime, I have been loading around $2.90 again and now sit on a beautiful pile of 75K shares. This company is truly a $20 and over stock. Just look at the comps. They begin at $12 and go way up from there. No profitability and no Counterpart Health. An absolute no brainer here at this level. GLTA longs....

It is interesting to see if CLO ends the final trading back to the $3 zone, a good indication of potential challenging a new 2-year high in the $4 zone. Well we did break 3, just could not hold it. I think those that said it was tied to options may be correct. We may have to wait until next week to break and hold over three, but I know it will happen. The market down all day with the dow down like 300 points, did not help. The only Stock I did well in today was my Draft King. (DKNG) everything else was flat to down. Do not let clowns shake your hands to sell, Clover is headed higher. The future will only get better and the shares will follow, hang in there my fellow longs.......

Hey, I watched this stock for a long time. For absolutely no knowledge behind it I felt I could be either bankrupt or a buyout candidate. My gut kept telling me to buy and wait for that buyout deal. So I bought in, only 4000 shares @ $1.09. Part of me hears Cramer ( who I really cannot stand) pigs get slaughtered, but my gut tells me much more is coming. In the last 2 weeks, the selling forces were overwhelming and kept the lid on CLOV around $3. One thing about CLOV is that the company is riding on strength of greatly improved fundamentals. The 2-year high @$3.82 is just a baby step prior to greater and further runs, in my opinion. CLOV may pop up without notices, so trade with care.....

Keep in mind, Clover was like 13 just a few years ago. So yes of course it can get back there. It took some time to fall down so far, and its going to take some time until ii comes back. Clover had to get its house in order, which it has been doing with its finances and its service. See the star rating improvement as well as their balance sheet, and you can see things are getting better. You have to get through the profit takers which is normal for such a run. once the base is put in, with continued good news I believe we will be much higher in the future..... CVS is looking to unload Etna and Humana has membership issues, so you can expect a consolidation in the near future. Maybe smaller is better........

Clove Longs, before you sell down the road, think about stop limits. If your target is 5, do not sell at 5 instead put a stop in at 4.75 you can always move up the stop if Clover continues up. Yes you will not get the 25 cents if Clover goes down and you get stopped out, but rising stocks tend to go higher than most think. I had Oscor OSCR at 2.50 and sold at 7 yes made a good profit but it went to 23 in a year and a half. Just a thought that may help if Clover starts to run, enjoy the ride........

from 0.65 to 4, Clov shows, very repeating patterns technically. .. it is good sign to see mild break-time w, lower vol.today due to options. Until, unless, huge vol over 100 M, with more 15% down, or typ.head & shoulder down trend, w Vol min 50 m. better not to close any long position.. .. they brought it to this point w, almost 100M vol, will let this go over 10$ in couple months.....

I admittedly bought in a year or so too early but was able to average down to $5. i'm still nibbling away and adding when i can as anything in this price range is a steal. Its going to take time but this company has the potential to grow into a healthcare juggernaut over the next decade. All of us bag holders sitting with averages of $5-$10 or higher will be laughing down the road when this ends up being a 50-100B market cap stock. hang in there guys it's gonna be a volatile but fun ride. Great a $4.04 close! Honestly, I am a little shocked considering what/who we were up against. Next week, our upgrade to 4 stars, potential huge SaaS/other news. I found this yesterday about CLOV. Now this morning UBS initiated coverage! Look for many more big analysts/companies to follow! "If we see more analysts, such as Lisa Gill from J.P. This is CLOV in the active phase. It was a good week rising up on speculative run. I believe a scary ride this morning probably clears out stop losses, momentum traders prior to resuming its course toward closing the gap @$6.35. It was an opportunity on Monday when CLOV took a pull-back, probably cleared out stop losses and flooded out the monentum traders. The stocl would repeat this scenarios many times over on it way to close the gap @$6.35. CLOV is now on radar with more exposures to larger groups. Unless the hoding ratios of insiders and retails are changing to less than 80%, the shares may be difficult to get for the biggies, and unexpected up-moves would be needed to force a change over, in my opinion. Let's watch and see how quickly the gap can be closed....

Another quarter of solid profitability to be delivered in Q3 would substantially validate the business models that CLOVER has been implementing since 2023 to focus on profitability. CLOVER has been fully operating in only 2 out of 5 states. Potential expansion in the remaining spaces and beyond would be a growth factor to consider, beside the AI etc. Deliveries of more add-ons would propel the stock price much higher and make the current stock prices be pocket changes, in my opinion. Then Humana's pricing error gave a bump.After reporting second quarter, Analysts and the company were looking for revenue decline.Decline in revenue is due to exiting the loss stream of revenue. Well the good news was we held 4 all day, going as high as 22 in a down market all day. One cent may not mean much but it was a statement that we are not going back, as hard has some pushed we held strong. Believe it if there is any news about another contract, you will be looking at 4 in the rear mirror. I think this is way to quiet, almost like the calm before the storm, but this storm will lift us up. As anticipated for a gap-up in the morning, CLOV crossed over the $4.5 line at ease and setting up a newer 2-year high @$4.71. It appears this gap-up may be closed either today or tomorrow; a strong conviction for continuation to surpass this new 2-year high, in my opinion. Did the fundamentals in Clover change today ? NO. Does a stock go up everyday? NO. Example: 18 months ago Carvana was $4.00 a share, now $192.00 a share. Please keep in mind many including me bought in under a dollar, so in the AM I saw Clover ran up to 4.70 so yes some took the lock in a profit to sell. (not me I will not sell in single digits) Those that bought were glad to come aboard for the ride up further down the road. Really what is 4 or 5 bucks for what could be a great company if it is indeed on the mend and ready to grow again..... Well that's the way I see it.......

CLOV was able to open up and move rapidly about 10%, and only a few steps away from the marginable line at $5. A nother 2-year high was marked. Just as prior months, CLOV would move up unexpectedly and violently, 91% and 72% in August and October, repectively. CLOV would be back and move above $5 on its way to close the gap-down @$6.35. It is getting to be very tough for giant companies participating in the Health Care Insurance segment. Today CVS replaces its veteran CEO and the stock is now down 7%, and nearly half from 2022 high. CLOV is not taking baby steps any longer; rather, wide swings and scary rides are coming often now. In a few more trading days, mutual funds and institutional investors would be exiting the fiscal year. CLOV has been exploding with exceptional gains YTD in the hundreds of percent gains. CLOV may be a good candidate to have in the books. It is understanable that stop losses would be in place, for some. I believe a drift down be low $4 today may be wiping out quite a few stop losses aroud $4. CLOV has been closing above $4 for the last 7 trading days. Hang in there longs. This was a crushing day in the market in general, Dow down 600 before recovering some, to down 400 on the day. Clover was hitting stops which caused further selling pressure. It was expected with a run up of a few hundred %. Nothing has changed to warrant the drop, so I think it was just stops that were hitting, which should lessen as the shares recover........

The call options pre-earnings were quite bullish reaching as high as $6 in high volumes. The first day after Q3 report was 20M shares, and gradually dropping to around 6M shares (residual selling) as of today. I believe the momentum traders will be gone after this week. The total volume of around 65.7M shares in the past 6 days has dropped a whopping 33.56% ($4.5 to $2.99 low) on the stock price, a notch less than the last dip at 2-year high of $3.82. Then CLOV went thru a period of 8 days and dropped 35.6%, and emerged and set newer and newer 2-year highs. I believe CLOV will emerge and higher 2-year high will be set on strong fundamentals and higher profitability in Q4 and 2025....

After 7 consecutive days of sliding down a whopping 33.6%, CLOV would need to recover from here to indicate some strength remaining to bounce back. The option fronts are calm at this time, and the momentum traders would have probably left along with some fainted long investors. Granted that the fundamentals are still in a good shape, CLOVER has strayed from the "Profit" path last Q, which may be a factor contributing to reversion back to baby steps in climbing back to challenge the 2-year high. When I invest ( not trade) I look for leadership 1st then industry. Mr. Toy has consistently achieved the benchmarks that have been set. I feel 98 plus percent of mkt. participants lack the patience necessary to realize the full potential of their investments. Mr. Toy is building a long-term durable business. Please understand the company was taken public with way too many outstanding shares based on the revenue at the time. He is doing an excellent job of steadily growing the revenue while broadening the business to turn this into a great solid company. Long term investors will be rewarded here. I started buying around $1 and have no plans to sell in the near future unless something materially changes. People who are in the know, say that UNH currently has a denial rate of 32% on claims, so I can understand why members would be leaving to find another health insurance company. Excited to know Clover Health is returning to growth mode in 2025. Currently only in 7 states. How hard is it to expand into other states? I’m sure there is a different process requirement for each state but wondering how fast we can increase our footprint? UnitedHealthcare (UNH) issues are spilling over to the entire Medicare Healthcare insurance sector today. UNH is UNH with 50M+ memebers. Criticism also go alongside with large competiors lile HUM and CVS. The Medicare insurance business and the members will not go away. According to Benzinga article issued today, Clover has less short interest than most of its peers, based on the last report. It makes sense since who would want to short a rising stock with strong fundamentals. I believe CLOV is treading water and building a base from the last bottom at $2.99. While Bitcoin is aiming for a new high this morning, CLOV has been in hibernation since the Q3 report. Granted that the stock is taking a breather, it is a rising stock in looking at the YTD performance of 227.73% gains vs. 27.56% for SP 500, even the popular talk of the day BITCON at 153%. From the 6-month high @$4.71 set this year, one may just enjoy the discount of 33.97% on CLOV at this time. The stock would be rising again, and make BITOIN and SP 500 pale in comparison, in my opinion...

Look at insurance groups guys....our preppy UNH killer thinks he's going to start a movement against insurance companies and is causing selling pressure in the group. Think it'll blow over? Keep your longer run perspective and I'd say you'll get a shot at shares sub $3. Nothing is going to come from congress limiting insurance companies operations. $2.75-$2.80/share can't be ruled out but picking a bottom is a crapshoot at best. Nibble some and it'll be a while before we get 4Q and any SALES news which is critical now. It took Mr. Toy18+ months to right he ship financially....I'd say he'll need a year more now to GROW the company and meet these lofty price targets touted here. He's got the momentum of a 4.0 rating and a cost structure that can get CLOV there. If you like the company these are the times to tactfully add shares....

Sold the last 1000 sh at $ 3.02 this morning Thus closing out the CLOV saga which startedout bad at 8 bucks a share in 2021. Bought bunch of shares at 0.71 to 0.76 sh and mid 1.40s..1.60s a share in 2023 n 2024. Was planning to sell above $ 10 sh but just noticed Yahoo have them reporting earnings in early March 2025 instead of the usual early February. Translated meaning...Bad news or Big loss. Companies delay earnings on bad news only. That was the last straw for me. Good luck y'all...CLOV never reports in March...not good....

I believe small stocks would shine in the last 2 weeks of December thru Q1. Specifically, CLOV is propelling forward into 2025 with favorable business fundametals, including cash in the coffers, positive cash flow, leading MCRs and potentially explosive AI induced platform, etc. The missing element is the growing numner of new members, which would be presented in the Q4 report covering open enrollements for 2025. Higher profits due to high rating @4 star and leading MCR in the 70+ incuding the AI driven platform, the critical parameters would make HUMANA and CVS drooling!!! It's been really encouraging to see CLOV gap up while the overall market has been pretty flat or slightly red since the start of the year. A strong green day for the market and this rockets past $4. I did get in on this too early and am sitting at around a $5 average, i regret not backing up the brinks truck when it was under a dollar but it is what it is. I wouldn’t sweat any dip above like $3.65. We made immense gains this month and there’s tons of room for steady growth (i.e., dips followed by increases). I sure wouldn’t sell any shares if it goes lower than that, but I won’t plan to edit my strategy at any price above 3.65 (with my current strategy being consistent and equal buys every market day). If it does go below 3.65 though, you best believe I’ll be doubling my daily orders and of course placing bigger orders based on visual analysis of dips (bc itz fun yo - and also bc I’d like to be rich lol). Molina Health came out with their Q4 report with the MCR @90.2%, higher than 89.1% a year ago and the consensus mark @88.72%. Clover, small but mighty, has consistently maintained their MCRs in the 70%+ ALL THRU 2024. The pattern kept repeating in the last minutes or so on options expiration days in the last few weeks. Today high volumes showed up in the final 30 minutes to depress the price actions below the strike prices @$4.5. The volumes expensed to depress the price actions would need to be replenished on Tuesday morning, and expecting to bounce back in my opinion. Clover Health Investments is bordering on breakeven, according to the 4 American Healthcare analysts. They expect the company to post a final loss in 2026, before turning a profit of US$51m in 2027. Therefore, the company is expected to breakeven roughly 2 years from now. How fast will the company have to grow each year in order to reach the breakeven point by 2027? Working backwards from analyst estimates, it turns out that they expect the company to grow 57% year-on-year, on average, which signals high confidence from analysts. If this rate turns out to be too aggressive, the company may become profitable much later than analysts predict....

I'd like to think the ones who ran up TGB yesterday are NOT the ones killing it today (at least in the AM) Overall market doesn't help either...More funds need to come on board for a "healthy" run...Nervous nellies DO give you a chance to buy on a healthy dip......

CLOV has Counterpart Assistant. Everything about CA Washington will like. This United Health investigation couldn't come at a better time. We have board and other Clover connections deep in Medicare on a daily basis. I believe it's very possible if not probable that the feds will choose CA for something like the Veterans Admin to begin with to manage and improve the overall experience saving billions at the same time. Wouldn't surprise me either that the feds insist on CA be used by other behemoth health Ins companies. That will reduce their MCR and make people healthier instead of waiting for them to become sick! It's all coming! Clover's founder Vivek Garipalli recently stated that CLOV will become bigger than any other healthcare company that exists today! Don't forget it. It is coming!...

CLOV now has 193 intuitional (Big Guy) investors holding well over 100M shares. All huge recognizable names! Too many to list here. They are adding regularly to their CLOV positions. Thursday, we flew up $.27 within minutes of open to $4.80. I assume the MM's forgot to apply the emergency brake when they went home last night, and they were all too hungover to notice Thursday morning. But what was it actually? Close to a million shares volume in the first 10 minutes. Short covering? Whatever it was, it's only a minuscule sign about what is about to happen here with CLOV!...
