Daniel, there is almost no volume today, and that means that no owner of this share wants to sell their share! They all know very well what the value of this gem will be! The decline therefore means absolutely nothing! If there is no volume, you can achieve this decline by selling a single share, so it has no meaning at all, let no one be deterred by it, these are pure manipulations! Dilution or issuing extra shares is a very good thing here, this makes the company grow even faster! Look at the deal with Vivasor. A normal company cannot grow that quickly! A normal company grows by using its profits and borrowing from the bank. But this company has so much potential, it will grow so fast that the banks cannot keep up! I know quite a few companies that have undergone dilution and later became very large and profitable multinationals! Hence the same story with DVLT, Buy and hold!...

In my personal opinion, the situation with DataVault has become very concerning for retail investors. Based on my observations, the strategy being played out seems quite clear. It appears to me that the CEO is heavily influenced by Henri Ji. I strongly encourage everyone to do their own deep research into Mr. Ji's history and his previous controversed business dealings. From my perspective, the pattern looks like a "dilution trap": Constant Issuance: Frequent new share offerings that seem to dilute existing shareholders. Specific Beneficiaries: These moves often appear to benefit entities like Scilex and Vivasor ( Mr Ji still here ). Reverse Splits: Repeated reverse splits that, in my view, hurt small shareholders and wipe out their positions. I am personally losing confidence in the leadership. Finally figured out how to block someone. Click their name, then click their name again and it will show: block or report. Even though the name can be blocked it will still show up in the feed. When i think of blocked i think of their name disappearing from my feed but it doesn’t. I assume it only blocks them from seeing my name. One would think the point of blocking another person is because you don’t want to see their never ending annoying posts and the constant pumping. Bring back the mute button too....

The Vivasor deal is both an opportunity and a potential risk depending on how it translates into real revenue. Here we have 13M shares traded in the first hours — that’s not a lack of buyers or sellers. That’s active rotation where the price stays stable because buyers absorb every dip.
