There it is, a new 5 day intraday low, and breaks .70 too with over 50 prs in the last 6 months waiting for 1 of them to translate into revenue, lets see what else, 2 rounds of dilution in the last month. Only bright side is i saw institutional ownership increase to 89 holders today from 88 yesterday. Meanwhile still down over 50% here, same chit different day....

## Back to the .60s today. I hope people realize that scilex is a major shareholder of dvlt. Thus this so called binding agreement is a proposed shareholder loan to the company. To be paid back over a period of time of years, plus interest which is the % of supposed profit it'll make over many years. If those "potential" profits don't materialize and the loan cant be paid back then they'll simply convert the loan back to equity and give scilex even more shares, that they can then sell off to get money back. It's just accounting folks, to make it seem like dvlt has an actual plan. This 30 state rollout means nothing more than them opening up offices and registering with these states to do business. Adke..Buying 6,600 shares long and then adding a leveraged short isn’t some clever strategy, it’s pretty reckless. You’re taking exposure on both sides and relying on timing to save you. The short only “works” if you get lucky with the move, otherwise leverage can burn you fast. That’s not smart positioning, it’s luck dependent trading dressed up as skill....

Price is irrelevant. Volume of 15–30 million is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is revenue and more importantly, the quality of that revenue: real contracts, real numbers, recurring and verifiable. There are still many question marks that need to be answered, and that’s reality. But when revenue begins to match the stated potential, even the smallest spark is enough for takeoff. It comes down to a simple trade off.. Even though Datavault AI receives a 5% ownership stake (plus a possible additional 5% via warrant) in King Mining Capital, that benefit is not free. To get it, Datavault AI pays with its own shares, which increases the total number of shares outstanding. That means existing shareholders own a smaller percentage of the company after the transaction this is dilution. So the real question is: Is the value of: the 5% stake in King Mining Capital plus the gold exposure and royalties greater than the value lost from issuing new shares? Yes .. it is a swap structure, but because DVLT pays with newly issued shares (at a discount), the practical effect is dilution. So despite the “swap deal” label, it is fundamentally an equity funded transaction that increases shares outstanding...

DVLT already explained the mechanics: 77M fees ≠ 77M Q1 revenue, and only a portion is recognized immediately under GAAP. The realistic range is exactly what every SaaS/data‑monetization company sees — roughly 30–50% recognized in‑quarter, the rest deferred. So yes, 30–35M is perfectly normal, not some revelation you just discovered. And quoting Nate about Q3/Q4 acceleration doesn’t magically change how Q1 accounting works. With the constant gap in the bid/ask price, and the quick downward responses to upticks, it’s apparent that there is an attempt to stifle this stock price.
