It’s not new info, it’s about timing.. The 109M shares at \~0.55 still need to be absorbed, so market pressure often shows up when it actually hits. Also 175M+ new shares across Vivasor, CyberCatch, and Gold related deals. Doesn't do this out of necessity? Really? They dont have any real revenue. For 6 months, Nate has been promising big things. Not ONE thing he has done has moved the stock higher. The street sees him for what he is. A gas lighter. He's trying to raise cash because he's realizing no one sees this company as a good investment. It's that simple. He also knows that the 1st quarter was horrible. So he does what he does best. Just print more shares. We'll be approaching 1 billion shares soon. Thank goodness I diversified what I was going to allocate to DVLT into BZAI. I’ve been focusing on finding other high growth opportunities, so I haven’t been keeping up to date on the latest DVLT news, but it appears the price plummeted due to another acquisition in shares. This is most likely going to result in accumulation. I’m probably going to add another lot some time soon. Earnings should be a fun ride....
