fed rates, quadruple witching, and 17 other central bank rate decisions this week 😱 if you need money sell outright or sell covered calls...just my opinion I still think we're range bound for about a year or two. plans to increase production would help the longs. I'm long and think within five years we're a five dollar stock. next two years a revisit below 1.50 seems inevitable........

The KARNO on display is only a sample prototype. Once it is cleared for final, successful operation, it can be substantially upsized. Once the last step is done, substantial financing will be thrown HYLN for various sizes. We ask Thomas to correct if this information is not 100% accurate....

What makes Hyliion's Karno an international player is that it is modular. it is agnostic to the cheapest fuel in that country, it can be shipped and assembled locally, it can be printed and assembled locally with few 3D printers, it should meet all environmental mandates for the foreseeable future, it is mobile, .....and long term maintenance...

Maurice and company.... no way in Haiti will hyliion stay above two fir the next two years, I think. navy news and contract saved revisiting 1.50. don't be surprised if the markets fades as early as EOD...but it could take longer than I think at some point one pres raising taxes and another starting a trade war will pull markets back not to mention congregational budget is funded to sep 30...a bipartisan bill was nixed last night buy the rumors sell the news pigs eat hogs get slaughtered...

It seems to me that most of you guys are missing todays' most relevant news of the new design upgrade: "an integrated reactor and fuel mixer in a single print" and are talking about water in the hole!!!!This upgrade could be the last upgrade that they were waiting for before ramping up production. That completed, the upgraded Karno beta could start deployment in the assigned fields in weeks to come. Patience Grasshoppers, good news is always good news and as TH said, it did not interfere with production of other components.Who remembers the jingle?..........G.....brings good things to Life! Boomberg streaming: MSFT AI demands leads to Three Mile Island Revival. That, that's what a real data center demand looks like. And nobody will run a 10k Karno farm to takes its place. A Karno for one modular data center, perhaps. But not a real warehouse sized data center.Anybody here who tells you otherwise is just selling you another 94% down on your investment. My average is just under $1.80. Many others here sitting on high double digit loses because they focused on the constant hype and not kept their eyes on the lack of real business progress.And what is constant hype? ..... this might just be the last thing needed..... not even the company is making that statement. That's simply planting a misdirection to generate a false hope. I think ge sold off most of their consumer businesses. Karno at 125kw is almost residential. not to mention the hundreds of millions Karno is taking to develop. Karno was sold for about 37 million at the height of the pandemic. A ton of cash in a very turbulent time. It's not that Karno is bad. it's that Karno needed years to develop, hundreds of millions more to bring to market and the product doesn't fit very well into GEs portfolio. Karno is revolutionary and game changing I still think hyliion will revisit sub 1.50 within twelve months... 24-36 months out is even more peculiar as cash runs down and profits might be harder to obtain than foreseen........

Mistakes that won't be repeated. Current management is exploring every possibility to enter the international market. A total departure from previous plan to develop the ERX first in the US with one OEM and once successful expand oversea.TH has had meeting oversea with Europeans and Arabs, Why would they waste time with a sticker company? Could the Arabs be interested in using Karno in the Oil and gas industry since it can burn well gas and requires less maintenance?...

I'm fully loaded as in (80,000 lbs truck load ) as I believe that Karno is ready to be deployed with the new integrated reactor and fuel mixer in one piece. I expect some news in weeks to come and ramping up production in the following months to be able to meet the backlog of LOI that could potentially turn to orders and create a bigger backlog due to the limited number of 3D printers on hand, and lower interest rates. I have every reason to believe that they will expand cautiously preserving as much cash as possible. They could enter into leasing agreement or some profit sharing with oil and gas companies to generate recurrent revenues while they expand in the Texas facility. Eventually volume production will reduce the Karno's price and company could be profitable in a couple years. IMO Data centers, Oil and Gas companies, Renewable Energy …...

ok Karno 200kw average gas in usa is 11 mmbtu average electric rate is .15kwh run Karno on gas cost about 72,000 for the year Karno generates about 280,000 worth of electricity...in that year savings about 200,000 per year in this consumer scenario.... obviously costs are different by region and usage......

The Trucking industry should transition to Hybrid, ng/rng/propane, or Karno/electric before all BE. Just a matter of what is more economically viable and clean at the same time. not to mention weight, lock of reliable power grid, recycling tons of batteries....fires that could last for hours.If that electricity comes from fossil fuels, does it really matter where it's generated? If it's still in our atmosphere, in the air we breathe? Hyliion's Karno linear generator is a good place to start....

I know that it's premature to guess what's next in line with Karno Linear generators, but with the years of experience working on this project, the perfecting of best materials to use with 3D printing and the advanced modeling with AI, I have no doubt that they can come up with a scaled down Karno Jr that can be widely adopted to many other applications that require smaller footprint and less Kw of power....

How tangible are revenues based on conversion of outstanding LOIs and the estimated MSRP? Non-binding LOIs (or shall we call them "LOLs") not withstanding. I've heard $2.50/watt. So $500k * 30 units is $15 million in revenue. The amount of the one military contract. With current burn-rate at $50 mil/year. Can they produce and deploy 100+ units per year to even stay afloat in this over-simplified business model?...

Great technology does not guarantee financial success. At some point, a market plan and introduction must be implemented "along with product development" to insure further investment and market penetration / defense. TH has demonstrated some ability to lead an engineering effort, but the marketing / sales side has been dismal. A few LOI's is great for a real life test bed, but a long way from a plan to be a self supporting, successful company. Other than a few "feel good" videos, we still don't have a compelling detailed business case for review.... and supposedly days before the first delivery. Maybe the goal is simply to prove the technology and sell the company to someone that can actually take it to the finish line. For everyone on this board, I hope this venture is financially successful. Me, just watching and learning....

Sticking to power generation is a broader market and more focused. Let integrators stick Karnos in their transportation, or whatever. Forget ERX. Management sold off key components and wisely shelved it. And comparing HYLN to nkla doesn't make sense in that nkla needs power, karno generates power. More likely a nkla or other ev competitor will have a karno charging it. That said, looking for the 4th quarter deployment to be fulfilled....

No regrets on my part. I have doubled, tripled and .... averaging down to the 0.52 level and back up to the 2.50. My average is well below 2 and I'm here to stay to see it through the 3 by year end and 6 by end of 2025.I expect the first deployment by the end of November continuing with the second in mid-December....

What can we say about this stock performance?It has met my expectations of $3 before year end. Management executed on all best practices starting with saving the company from what could have been a more expensive and potentially devastating outcome putting the ERX on the shelf, cutting down personnel, start a buy back share program that returned a 200% appreciation and concentrating on their "baby" Karno which could be used in multiple applications in the future. My next expectation is that assuming that the initial customers testing validation and taking delivery goes well, orders will start to ramp up even if the MSRP is considerable, but the ROI is below that 3year mark and the sp might 2x by end of 2025 with clearer projections and revenues for 2026....

Don’t trust TH . He also promised 200 ERX by end of 2023 on 2 ER last year . Week later he went down to 30 and two weeks after they announced that they exit the powertrain business . Do you really think he didn’t know that his science project was not selling .He is doing a same thing with Karno!!! I lost over 70k . Dont listen to the pumpers here. Karno is great project but not scalable anytime soon. Btw the 16 mil that they claim they got from navy is not a sale it’s grant under R&D contract!...

Silly question, maybe. But why does this Karno generator have to be 3D printed in the first place? Normal way is to have all the parts manufactured separately and shipped to the factory that's going to assemble them into the finished product. Seems as though there's something wrong with this picture. Please explain why it's being done in this manner....

Been here since the stock was 52 and chased it down to under a 1. Got my average to 10.52 with 6430 shares. I have only been in the green one time for Two days. They had some kind of breakthrough with a battery that shot the stock up over 19. Well one day good news that insiders are buying a 170 thousand worth and the stock starts rising. Then magically the following week an insider sells 260 thousand worth. For simplicity reasons let's say the stock was a dollar. 170 thousand shares are bought , then the stock goes up from confidence in the company to 3 dollars. 170000 turns into 510000. Don't know how up to date info is, seekingalpha who had short interest at 9.5% before short squeeze started, has shorts at only 6.5%. My guess is real short interest is at least 2% if not 3% lower than that. Ah well, it was fun while it lasted. 😁Now back to the real business of selling linear generators.........

YTD we're up 364%. I do not want to be greedy but my wish "projection" for end of 2025 is in the low $6s. Am I asking for too much?Interest rates should come down making easier for businesses to invest in energy producing generators, the wars will go away, and rebuilding starts with newer technologies like linear generators, Hyliion , most likely will purchase more 3D printers to satisfy the backlog demand, and most likely will keep a substantial backlog to keep a healthy reserve of cash as printers become more efficient and faster. TH wants to be here for the long term and see mega Karno and mini Karno come to fruition one day. I'm all for some customers to request that the Karno unit be tested/validated in house before delivery. Of course that is if they have enough fuel of that type to run 24/7 day in day out. But on the other hand I expect that in some applications it will be connected directly to the source location. This type of information will most likely be discussed in the next few weeks. How the talked about corporate tax cuts 35 to 21 to 15% could benefit Hyliion in the next 4 or more years?Simply put Hyliion will benefit if they will be profitable in the next 4 or more years and will further qualify for the biggest reduction to 15% if made in the USA.A benefit of tax reduction and ramping up Karnos could propel Hyliion to double digits in years to come. karno was GE's baby , so am sure it works and see how hyliion handles this. one more big mistake can shut everything, and one good decision can make a huge boost to hyliion. you see you don't have to sell this generator. a dozen karno connected to the grid where needed would bring the bread and butter. and in 3 to 4 years would pay for the karnos price........

It is important for TH not to focus on what is happening to the company stock price at the present, instead of perfect the release of the Karno trial in a week or so to their customers. The stock price will determine with a feed back from HYLN customers within half a year from now. Will the stock price be taking off without gravity or nose dive. Time will tell. I have done my DD. HYLN has full of potential, and I am optimistic they are fully utilized their capability this time....

What could cause the SP to drop when positive news is expected?I can only speculate following this company for quite a long time..Basic manipulation to bring the price down, create panic so that people on margin have to sell, and institutions will come in and sweep the shares at a lower price just before the announcement..Leaked /or misinformation about the product to be released not to expectations.. Delay of showcasing the Karno after December.Since we have no news from the company to think otherwise, it seems more plausible that it's manipulation....

Fun fact:Did you know Thomas Healy wears a size 46 pant size, and prior taking this company public he was wearing a 34? That is 12 inch gain in the mid section, likely paid for by the shareholders thru toxic dillution and cash burn to pay his large salary and high on the hog lifestyle. Be aware of strong market manipulations at this time for this company. The SP has gone down substantially due to expected lock of news, but it can also go up like a rocket with few thousand shares if and when there will be an announcement. The trifecta. Three's was the number that GE paid for the Karno investment when they sold. Three is the share price management awarded them selves. three was my EOY projection. three is the number of Karnos to be deployed by EOY. Simply put Hyliion has to deliver what they said they would deliver by EOY. They have their entire reputation on Filling the Box as they have made a practice of mentioning that milestone which unfortunately did not materialize with the ERX due to other economical shifts at that time.Now we have favorable winds toward stationary and mobile generation electrification. Demand all over the world is increasing yearly. We've yet to strike a deal with international markets, and yet to inaugurate the first Karno to be in operation 24/7. A backlog of LOI for 2025 which could all convert to orders......Disappointed that Hyliion did not check the Box of those 3 Karnos yet, but somewhat confident that they must by EOY....

HYLN realised that heavy trucking is just not possible from battery tech. Even Tesla are struggling with that one. It just so happened that HYLN fell apon a cool agnostic generator along the way and so made the acquisition as nothing else was working out for them. So what? What is so special about an agnostic generator. You can only use 1 fuel at a time. So the fact it can run from anything has no real value. It still creates pollution. Their is nothing green about it. Just another TH pipe dream that will end with nothing. HYLN is a waste of space just like Nikola....

Karno future possibilities to harvest heat sources, waste gas or RNG are just the beginning. I can't imagine all that heat from those red hot steel industries being wasted. Or wasted gas flared, oil fields or powering Karno straight from those RNG digesters. I get it, TH is gifting to option expiration institutions who pushed it above $4 and allowed them to self-serve 1.2 M shares to the few insiders. Methane Emission Reduction Act.Of course one could argue that with less regulations and more production of Oil and Gas it would have an adverse effect on the use of recapturing methane produced during this process. I would argue the opposite since Hyliion has the Karno that can burn that raw gas and convert it to Energy. Karno could be a European Play. While we enjoy low NG prices in Europe instead, they are paying 4x our price. Nat Gas export to Europe could help them buy cheaper and at the same time US could benefit from the price differential. Karno is well suited to run on CNG, LNG, Propane (GPL), and RNG.....which can also be produced locally in many countries.A small footprint and module should also be favorable in shipping the Karno worldwide.A word of advice to TH; stop preaching to six of one 1/2 dozen of other podcasters and strike a deal with those countries who are eager to use cheaper CNG.....LNG...for their energy needs delivered by Karno generators.Fire the CSO! 600+K a year wasted....

If that # is 0 there is really not much more to say. So far we all know this has not been under promise and over perform. There’s a lot of delayed announcements with other stocks as well. I too was looking forward to timely news here, especially when it was promised. This week is the last trading week of ‘24 and eoy tax-loss selling is dominating the market. Tomorrow the market is closed. I find the holidays reduce volume and every company I’ve ever worked with slows down, many to a long halt. Thursday/Friday still some new year’s hangover. Look to the following week for any real progress. If none then, well all the hemming and hawing might actually mean something....

Could it be that when they performed the final shipment inspection they noticed that some of the stickers were peeling prematurely. TH then called an audible and froze shipments to address the problem. We are now in the investigation phase to determine the cause of the adhesive failure. Once the failure is determined we will have to come up with the proper adhesive and then start a life test. Normal life testing should take about 6 months to complete and then it's off to the races....

The whole idea of 12/31 being a cataclysmic deadline is false. I'm glad they haven't announced anything over the eoy/holiday tax rotations and vacations. The timing is better next week. CC on 2/11 as well. Tangible public and private interest only arrived within last 2 months, (excluding LOIs which, I agree are not tangible unless converted). Are those government contract going to keep the light on?We're at the point of a serious intersection for this company and it all depends how straightforward this company has been with investors. My investment in Hyliion relies on management being fair and square, with investors. If indeed the technology and data communicated to investors is reliable, then, when finally in the field it will shine against the competitors.We can read about some of the competitors being in the 20-30% efficiency and Karno according to company, approaching the 50%. That in my opinion is huge especially when the savings come from the volume of fuel consumed to generate the same power. The ability to be fuel agnostic, modular to increase the power needed and easy swap of a Karno unit in case of a replacement is the icing on the cake. All of this means nothing unless management starts deliveries and data/Specs are released. Provided that we get some news that soon indeed they put out few Karnos working 24/7, the next come on could be greater capacity enclosures for 400 Kw and 800Kw Generators. Sorry folks, I'm not being paid 600K to be a strategy officer in this company but if I were to give some pro-bono advice would be first fire the CSO, then you put Karnos in the field working 24/7, and finally TH attends all the shows and conferences in the world to show and brag about a proven product. Will I fully trust this management again?It is becoming clearer that management wants to appear friendly, trustworthy, and receptive to retail investors but when it comes to deliver is other than transparent and so is the trading pattern that may reflect those known deceptions way ahead of time predicting Failure to deliver ERX, failure to deliver Karno as suggested. Let's go back the memory lane.... on Proactive investors 2 months ago TH said :"....we're on the cusp of commercialization getting generators out there into customers' hands. And so our first deliveries are actually going to take place before the end od the year here. I hope that management has learned a hard lesson in the past couple months. Fear of failure and mistrust is compounded especially when once track record is one of failure. Well TH had to peddle misinformation already twice: ERX deployment and EOY Karno deployment. No one care about TH attending conferences all over the world or what he preaches, what matters is where are the Karnos you have promised to deploy into customers' hands....and that you were on track. I still think that Elon could potentially buy Hyliion once they have their Karno working for low double digits. It is a good fit!Why have a truckload of batteries when they can have a range extender that can travel over 1000 miles? They already have their drive system and cabin and they can use Karno for all their EV charging and data centers....

Why would anyone choose to power their plant with a Karno Generator. They aren't any cleaner, more fuel efficient, or more fuel agnostic than mini or micro turbines. They certainly aren't cheaper. I'm in engineering maintenance and I doubt they require less maintenance. I think they are really cool pieces of equipment. But what's the point?...

All those LOI are smart businesses who have expressed interest (upon begging) that have nothing to lose and may commit only after Karno has been proven. How do you guys think Hyliion is going to approach the mess up they caused by rewarding themselves with grants and missing their EOY milestone deployment, the cornerstone of their rebound, during the next CC? Their trust was shattered, valuation slashed by 50%, no updates on their main product, conferences and meeting have not changed the negativity, Agility resurfacing as an investor was taken as a joke, government contracts were treated as survival crumbs, I can go on and on how management may have mismanaged that investor's trust but I yield..... Something is going on that the retail investor has no clue about this company's development and production but institutions are well informed. A 50% decline in a couple months does not happen when is the best time for a company show their product superiority. Perhaps Karno is not ready for prime time, and while management keeps peddling the best invention since sliced bread to retail investors, insiders and institutions are well aware of what is going on. Perhaps an orchestrated scam between insiders and institutions who pushed SP to its high of the year, afforded management to get their milestone grants (1.2M shares) and shorted since that yearly high knowing that no deployment was going to be announced. It is now almost 3 months since Hyliion put out news related to Karno and testing . That is a long time for a company that was supposed to deploy 3 Karno generators into 3 different bucket! What is management hiding? From latest market reaction it seems that very little progress has been made last Q other than those couple contracts from the Gov. EOY deployment most likely was postponed since we did not have any update and their latest key word was " cusp" to keep retail investors hanging. Could we get some news in the next few days before ER? Possible but do not bet that it's earth shattering. TH seems to be more interested in posting his pictures than pictures of a working Karno....

John, my intention is not to discourage anyone, I want every company to succeed and never thrived on the failure of a company. I value the merit of the "invention" the product based on what we're told and the trustworthiness of management.I gave this management a second chance even though we were grossly deceived, and they pulled the rug under our feet the last minute. Karno seemed to fill in that void especially if it was going to replace an inhouse "engine" and multi-purpose generator. I advocated for a buyback shares and I believe was the right decision. I have followed every company progress and pumped up presentations. As a shareholder of this company and following it very closely, I can only speculate of what may have transpires in the past few months. We have seen this company SP gain momentum in expectation that by end of year 3 Karnos were supposed to be deployed in the field in Three different "buckets or fields. As the SP approached the $2.50s in November, it shut up to a high of $4.05 in just few days. During this time Management awarded themselves with 1.2M grant shares for having reached their milestone $3/30 days. Relax guys, every ER will be announced few days or weeks before.On a second note, for those who still believe in the Karno product, there is hope that it will eventually prosper in this economy. The made in America and 15% tax brake is a very positive stimulus. Initially they do not have to worry about tariffs as they can sell initially in the US where there is the greatest demand. It looks like grasshoppers have to wait a little longer to see a Karno operating 24/7. Once proven, under this administration, it has plenty of opportunities to engage in bigger contracts with the DOE and the Navy. That money would be spent for an actual product and not some socio/cultual ideology or sex change in rats....

I see no gains for Hyliion to withhold information about EOY deployment. It has proven more detrimental than good and no other news has been able to override it. My expectation for the ER/CC are very low as far as significant deployment, if any, in the last Q and into the first Q. Another name to the list of scammers that promise but do not deliver. They surely deceived retail investors and may not regain the same trust given to them before to deliver by EOY.Checking the box strategy with the ERX has returned failed results, deploying Karno into 3 different buckets has failed to materialize by EOY and no updates. To my believe that the hold up of the LOI's turning to sales order is most likely pending for certification what the buyers long for. No one is going to pay half of a million dollar for a prototype unit. I am not trying to cover up for any excuses on behalf of TH. The truth is out there and none of us known. I am adding additional shares like many financial institution had from last few months. The earning conference call will determine the real true development of the Karno Generator. Hyliion is messing up with retail investors and it needs to be called out. I hope that investors have your voices heard during the upcoming Q&A. Last week Hyliion participated in very important meeting by the California Air Resource Board not posted on Hyliion nor on TH X. It Was about on site electricity generation. On this panel Bobby represented Hyliion which gave a presentation of what we already know as investors. Mainspring, our competitor was the main attraction and what differentiated their assertive stand was ....we have power stations already for the past 4...5 years and their plans to produce stackable MW generators. Hyliion could not make same claim, producing power and that is where credibility comes to play . Yes they can play on words such as EOY, (which they missed) on the cusp.... we're about....we will be....It's all a play on words that will no longer stick …...

As of today, Hyliion has a worth of about $20 million dollars worth of LOI's when converted to sales order, which they will in a timely matter. There were additional fund of 26 million dollars from the federal. I think they are able to generate another additional sales that worth $50 million or so for 2025. Their sales revenue should bring them at about $100 million. What do you guys think....

Nice to see so many HYLN insiders selling shares two weeks before earnings. When I worked for a smaller publicly traded company we weren’t allow to sell after the close of the quarter up until two days AFTER earnings. Certainly doesn’t look good. Someone should ask them about that on the quarterly conference call. Heck I may even do it....
