Omeros is a Greek name,: Homer. I believe that GD's father was called that and the name of the company is in his honor. The ancient ''author/poet'' Homer is attributed with writing the Iliad and the Odyssey.Each one of these epic poems lasted 10 years so the whole tale covers a period of 20 years. Oddly enough that is approximately the time I have been invested in this company. I originally bought shares via a private placement (3rd tranche). It would appear that GD is providing piecemeal updates as they become available to him. This will keep shorts on their toes and provide them with no respite. It will provide continued visibility to the market, the research analysts, their clients and the algorithms. All the investment bankers will now be calling and asking how can we help, what do you want, but most importantly asking themselves how can we make a buck?At what level do the capped calls kick in. What are they potentially worth?IMO the share price with Narsoplimab alone warrants a $2bn market cap. This is him yesterday “implying” that GD is misinforming the public, throwing a meaningless PRs simply to pump the stock. What and when will you hear of GD?You won't hear they started the analysis. You won't hear the analysis is done. The next time you hear from GD is only after the results are completed, analyzed, and upon the determination of whether the data is supportive of resubmitting the BLA. According to my very conservative timeline, I guessed on or about Jan 2.. Could it be earlier? Maybe, I think I was fairly conservative. These results are, just like a Phase III clinical trial, its top-line results. Its conceivable GD publishes the results in a PR, while saying they are determining if those results are supportive of a BLA re-submission first. Then another PR after a few days/week saying 'we are' or 'we are not' resubmitting the BLA..But we'll soon see...

REVISITING TIME LINESIn deference to Scott and others who may feel my first guess was too conservative. This is a more optimistic timeline, maybe best case.Step 3 - Running the analysis. OK, as Scott noted GD has said that running the analysis will only take days. The plan/program already built. Again, the facts at hand are the FDA has accepted the stat plan that will be used to analyze the data. The analysis could have been started as early as this last Friday, and could be conceivably done before thanksgiving. Lets briefly talk about a secondary, something Khan insists is a forgone conclusion along with the disaster (dilution) that would follow.There are good reason and bad reasons for secondaries. Company A is 1 year from a phase 2 read-out. Its burning $30M per quarter, has 6 months of cash. The purpose of a raise then is to simply keep the lights on, extend the runway. It may be necessary but the SP would sink, perhaps below the offering price, not recover anytime soon, shareholders would be severely diluted, with no guarantee of any future success, just hope.Company B has just had a succesful Phase 3 read out, great chance of winning approval, SP has jumped 20%, 30%, 40%. More on a secondary. There is virtually no small biotech that does not do a raise after a 160% rise in share price. GD today could do a secondary at $9, sell 5.5 million shares, bringing share count from 54 million to ONLY 59 million, raise $50M in doing so, bringing the total cash on hand to $175M from the $125M they have today (not $100M according to Khan).The dilution? 9%. And remember in this case the raise would not be just to keep the lights on, but to fund growth. No one wants dilution, but there has been no better CEO who has funded his company, keeping share count low, and avoiding doing capital raises than GD. No one. I briefly looked at what sensitive analysis FDA asks for in trials. Didn’t understand much. But I know they published in JCO a few years ago pretty well. And I estimate the chance of favorable analysis results as 90%. That’s why I think you guys should not sell more than 10% of what you own. If results are favorable, it would be very unlikely for FDA reject the BLA as second time....

Scott, Selling shares via an ATM facility does not increase the count of Implied Shares Outstanding. It actually increases the actual share count, nothing implied.. it’s no different than increasing the share count after an offering. Same thing. If there were warrants issued in the bast that had a strike price of, for example $12, that means the owner of those warrants can convert them to shares at anytime the underlying shares reach $12 or above. I took screen shots of the 4 PUT tables (Dec, Jan, feb, May) for all strike prices 7 through 16. It included all the open interest. The last PUTS bought were on 12/5. So, I’m trying to understand why “Implied Shares Outstanding” keeps changing. Overnight, the ISO changed again…from 57.95 to 60.98? As you recall, a couple days ago it was 60.81 then back to 57.95 and now 60.98! Go to “Key Statistics” and then click “View More-> . This will give you “Financial Highlights”. Onyx, Those Implied shares outstanding. I’ll try to be more clear with this explanation as to why it keeps jumping up and down. Implied Shares Outstanding represents the number of shares that can POTENTIALLY be converted to actual stock. For example, someone was granted 1,000 warrants. The warrant has a strike price of, for example of 11. When the underlying share price is below 11, the warrant holder can’t exercise the warrant and covert to shares. No impact to Implied Shares Outstanding. But as soon as the stock price goes above 11, that means those shares can now be converted. So they now are Implied. And the Implied Shares Outstanding count jumps up. If this warrant holder actually converts at that point, the Implied Shares Outstanding drop equal to the amount converted while the actual shares outstanding goes up that amount. Looks like another group of bag holders has been produced with this runup. Look at the long history of this CEO. Lots of promises and even more disappointments just leading naive retail traders investors along. His only success was getting a drug approved that was a combination of two generic drugs. And the clock is running on that. There’s no concrete proof that Narso works for any of the aforementioned indications. Using historical control data doesn’t cut it. I always kept believing. Once we get this HSCT-TMA over the finish line it'll be cashflow break even or positive in a relatively short timeframe. Share price pop will probably trigger a small fundraising but this will have barely any impact at high valuation. Omeros will be able to stand on it's own legs from then onwards and fund it's own trials, it's looking pretty good to me. However, still need that FDA go-sign. The uncertainty is at least gone - i'll drink to that....

Very poor prognosis unless underlying condition can be reversed quickly. We now have confirmation of Narsoplimab efficacy. Approval by FDA is a matter of when, not if. We also know that Omeros will be making an application for a corresponding European marketing authorization in the second quarter of 2025. It is highly unlikely that Omeros will serve that market by itself: it will have to partner. While it may appear premature to create conjecture as to who the partner will be and the terms of any agreement I believe that OMER is already in discussions. Short interest is down. Safe to assume that institutional interest is up given new broker recommendations. More eyes on this stock will generate upward pressure in SP. TA-TMA is under diagnosed but with new standards being broadly accepted this will change. GD knows the value of Narso and the pipeline. He will not be rushed into a capital raise. Capped calls could soon be in the money. Given the incredibly positive data analysis for Narso in TA-TMA the $25m loan drawdown for product rollout will be extended. On 11/13 during ER call GD announces that OMER and FDA are as close as they ever with alignment on the statistical Analysis Plan that will be used to determine the efficacy of NARSO, and determine its endpoint results and expect full alignment soon. Attaining that alignment means they can finally run the stat analysis plan. OMER had not ben this close to alignment since the CRL 3 years back. On this news the SP jumps from $4.19 to $6.95, 65% on big volume. GD does not announce an offeringDuring the following week OMER slides back to $6 awaiting the news. Important point on the BLA resubmission raised by Anthony below when he said “there is no accepting in a resubmission”. He was replying to someone on mute but I assume someone said the BLA needed to be “accepted”. Anthony and whomever are both wrong and both right. The fact is the “acceptance” period and process is different than the “acceptance” period and process from an original BLA submission. I have outlined extensively the process of BLA filing. And telling all that BLAs are only formally accepted 60 days after they submit the BLA to the FDA. It is then that a PFUFA date (the date the FDA announces its decision on approval) is assigned. In an original submission, the date is either 6 months or 10 months from the filing date. But I was remiss. In a resubmission the PDUFA date is either 2 months (Class1) or 6 months (Class2) …...

Why the delay on 1029, aka Morefloplimab? I’ll answer. Because it is essentially a condensed form of narfloplimab, which hasn’t shown any fda approved efficacy anywhere. I fully believe it will never see any approval. They will sit on it, “looking for substantial funding” for years....

Therefore PBA that I believe Omeros is destined for a humiliating failure in all its endeavors and that the share price will plummet into negative values. What happens when the additional compassionate use data analysis is announced?IMO there will be strong confirmation of efficacy. There will also be data analysis concerning refractory patients to off label standard of care. That should be interesting. While waiting for the additional analysis to be announced perhaps parts of the BLA have already been submitted? Rolling submission? Not as if submission would be unexpected event....

There is a time period from data analysis announcement to BLA submission and then to FDA final decision. This time period will not have a decay factor in share price performance like an option does. As we get closer to the decision date, which is at the FDA's discretion, anxiety amongst the shorts will increase. There is no abundance of shares available. Actively managed funds and index funds alike will be looking to position themselves.Most of the loose hands have already liquidated but are being replaced by more informed and financially strong holders....

We are seeing the last gasp efforts of the shorts to flush out any loose shares. in a thin market they may succeed in the short term: fine.However, ask yourselves what the potential sales/market value of this one indication (TA-TMA) is worth and then consider what other indications Narsoplimab could possibly treat. Consider the pipeline breadth and depth. Success in this indication will necessitate a partnership deal for international markets. Who knows how that may develop? It should at least alleviate any capital constraints....

Gomer had $123 million on Sept 30, 2024. At $10 mil/month burn, they have $83 million or so now. They must maintain $25 million minimum so their available cash is $58 million, or 6 months of funds. They need at least $120 million to keep the lights on another year. If they can pump the pps up and get a funding at $10/share, that’s dilution of 12 million shares or 12/58 or about 20%....

Reiterating a previous post… I said Jan 16, when one of the results of one of the analyses were published that the next one could come 28 days later, just like the previous 2. That’s Feb 13, 3 days from today. OMER also at a transplant conference this week presentating results from 128 patients who partook in their compassionate use studies. These are the patients/results used in the current BLA that will be submitted to the FDA. This release of this last and final results from the stat plan analyses should coincide with the presentation at this conference. The best way to maximize exposure at any conference (small or large) is to release news that coincides with the conference. There’s a real good chance that’s happening. I'm expecting a press release tomorrow regarding the results of last stat analysis required and mentioned in their Jan 16 announcement. They will likely once again reiterate the timing of the BLA resubmission. BTW, the results of this analysis is largely shown in the one of the abstracts released a few days back and being presented tomorrow in Hawaii. Unless something wholly unexpected, I really don't see it impacting SP much, but predicting SP movement is always a guess anyway. And of course releasing news thats already expected can often lead to a sell off. But the good news is, this should be the final bit of data needed to complete the BLA. Progress is always good...

Yes, my bad OPG. The two presentations slated for the transplant conference are scheduled for Thursday Feb 13 not today feb 12. So that press release announcing the latest analysis results will more likely come tomorrow before the presentations and before the market opens (which as it turns out would be 28 days to the day from the last results, as I had originally postulated). No matter, whenever announced, this will be the last (or should be anyway) bit of data needed to complete the BLA....
