But seriously I don’t think anything could move this back to $3-$5 let alone double digits . This position has systemic issues with dilution and short selling and day trading that makes it impossible to be a serious long term investment. The ONLY way to make money on this position is to daytrade or short . All buy and hold positions will lose , guaranteed. With every new injection of operating funds comes a very high cost to shareholders as management continues to print shares devaluing shareholders interest. Profitability is elusive always being next year for the last 5 years it’s always next year . I’ve lost way too much to walk away at this point and I know too much to throw good money in after bad , so I just watch my money and investment in PLUG just bleed to death...

Plug will need to sell approximately 12% of the new offering just to book the legacy financial obligations like employee stock awards purchases and bonuses and One guarantee. I want everyone to reread #3 If they get enough votes ——and the majority of the majority votes yes on #3 and they don’t get #1or 2 then they have the right to reschedule a new vote. This can happen in many ways. But don’t be afraid because they only were down a few percentage points points of the needed majority of the actual votes outstanding. An amount that indicated that they didn’t vote no but that they just didn’t vote. They probably never heard of or saw it or got a notice or a email . So many Think this is pretty much due to communication and Plug really expended a lot of energy and effort in notifying the community about this issue....

We are all here because we want to make money with Plug Power stock and/or options. I think it is very safe to assume that no one is getting paid to post and influence the stock movement. That is a totally ridiculous notion, and anyone who suggests it is equally ridiculous. To prattle on about how Plug shares will be at such and such a price by such and such a date is to ignore the very real risk involved in holding these shares. Also, the polar vortex is far less stable and therefore will spill into the lower latitudes as a result. Yes, global warming 'could' be what is causing these storms. Scared ?Think your loosing ?If they have to RS say a 10 for 11000 @ 5 becomes100 @ 501.5 billion becomes 150 millionIt’s a lot easier for 150 mil shares to hit 100$ then 1.5 billionThey won’t be issuing all 1.5 billion shares so take for what it’s worthThis RS depending on Guidance’s fwd data could put PP shares a lot higher and faster. Sure it could tank but the buyers could take it a lot higher also. Plug is turning around, this just isn’t a good time for the comp to need shares.We could see higher share value and a lot less manipulation. Has anyone read the Charter and understands what the percentage is written in the original charter. That is the % of the amount outstanding that needs to be returned for the vote to be approved ? A lot of the shares that make up that percentage are shares sold before 2010. Andy will go to the proxy admins and the settlement folk and probably do another mass mailing. Some of those people are dead and their heirs are owners snd they know nothing. Or they are outside the USA. This is going to take more time. I have a feeling Plug can get relief if needed....

There are remedies that can be used for this purpose.This isn’t close to being over yet. The holders who don’t sell know this. If the institutions didn’t know that they would be out. The outstanding that didn’t vote is very small. And Andy told you that they picked up over 100 million before they needed about 100 maybe 80-90 million will do . Some body is holding or has lost a lot of shares- it could most likely be in certificates that’s in a safe or SDB. Plug will hire an investigator maybe to go over the certificate issuers maybe and track marriages and name change's. I had to do all that when I went looking for very old ATT STOCK AFTER THE DIVESTITURE...

No question in my mind that EU and now India, along with China and the major Arab nations are determined and moving toward non-polluting ways for power generation and hydrogen is an important part of it. The USA sticking to oil and gas will be isolated and forced to follow the world. Trump should better get wiser....

I've read there's speculation (from JC discussion with "hydrogen power") to split plug power into two companies; one Gas, the other Equipment. Anyone else heard of this?. Plug Power already reported they've adjourned until 2/5 which many anticipated given proposal 3....

Plug needs a suitor that can distribute not only its electrolizer line and fuel cells but use its hydrogen and sell into the synergistic industry. Refiners are the answer but as in the past most oil companies don’t even own stations or stores anymore. Thus the need for LOVES FLYING J RACETRACK WALMART SAMS AND WAWA. Ideally the I95 I4 and 75 etc long haul interstate routes will open the hydrogen highway to traffic and the 150 million trips that the interstates sees every year from the Truckers Association...
