## I’m going to buy 100k at the open tomorrow! Well, maybe feather it out and chase some orders higher if I don’t get filled earlier. My mentor at CBOT used to say it’s about finding out who’s on the edge and then joining in with the crowd and pushing them off. I remember one episode where an options trader in soybeans (who couldn’t legally collide with others) went to the men’s room and carried on a conversation, loudly, with a colleague about how somebody just made a huge mistake in options. Took 10 minutes before everybody, including country brokers in Iowa, knew about it. The folks who were hung got hunger.!...

For holders of the new convertible debentures, shorting above $3 seems to create near perfect collateral. I suppose if the share price went sharply higher it would ultimately be burdensome to carry the margin costs, but at some point wouldn’t they just exercise and wash it out? Thinking this through- you would have dilution but you’d also have offsetting short covering. Thoughts?...

Excess H2 from the Quebec project to be used for green ammonia. Currently about 7% of world NG is used for nitrogen fertilizer. Quick take is that electrolyzers need to improve by about half (scaling cost plus greater efficiency) before green is competitive. That can and will be done. Even solar advocates didn’t anticipate what scale and continuous incremental improvement would do to drop PV cost sharply. Same can be done here....

I own 12,000 shares of FCEL. That company only has 52 million outstanding shares and the bid/ask spread is $2.00. The stock is trading 10x's it's daily average volume and liquidity is tight. If they have a decent announcement that stock could go from a 500 million market cap to 2 billion in the blink of an eye. Yes and the poor shorts they have to keep pouring money down the wastebasket just to keep the share price from appreciating. I think they are lucky they have the fossil fuel industry bankrolling them probably. They have lots of money and lots to lose if hydrogen takes over fossil fuels...

Remember when Andy and Plug Bought Frames and the other Companies, At the time snd still true Today Frames owns patents to some of the most high tech efficient machines invented to make plates -stacks and parts for their manufacturing process. They had been only maybe utilizing 50% of the plants capacity and so Jose Dean etc put the pinch on manufacturing and trimmed them up and expanded them to start making more and more of the high margin high cost items plus the everyday FC parts. This is saving Plug a lot of money tens of millions -real money added to the bottom line . Do you see what PLUG is doing to be deeply involved in the AI energy crunch ? Besides staying involved in direct connection on premises energy generation Plug is building massive Energy plants to build out as much Electricity generation from hydrogen as possible. To be sold and injected into the PJM grid Theyvare still \~ 6500 GW short for 2026-2027 deliveries. This is the problem that Norway is facing . Even with Plugs Norway plant full steam they are short on Electricity. This is two places and three methods Plug is working to fill the Energy gap with recurring energy producing recurrent revenues which will continue to grow. I hope to hear more about this in the Earnings call. Plug is an Energy Company -Plug will and is generating A KG of hydrogen at a negative cost because of the tax and 45V credits. If you Stop and put the Energy Business away for a minute you have the two extremely large Billion dollar deals with Biofuels and AGA for Green Ammonia and Ammonium nitrate . Which FIDs are due late 2026 and could be sooner. I can’t imaging the mark on these deals the positive margin and profit ratio must be in the hundred million range This size deal are the ones that Plug is best at Huge industrial scale Sites designed to last tens of years snd utilize Plug in services for as long as they are working. The silver lining to the war in the Middle East is The global energy crisis has reshaped global energy priorities seemingly overnight. The Strait of Hormuz has been closed to virtually all commercial traffic for well over a month now, severely restricting global flows of oil and gas. I’ll be more persuaded after the Earnings call but I believe Plug has the plan and motive and I think they have a real good real visible picture of profitability and I think it could materialize quickly. Quicker then what they say publicly and I think they are going to pull it off .We may Or may not hear of these big big deals until that qtr but With what is going on now in the ME snd the total halt of almost all ME shipping Plugs Abilities could be a very valuable alternative Resource in Globalization of Hydrogen ....

Plug listed 2 more Welder II positions for the Lafayette, IN fabrication site today. A month ago they were advertising only (1) Welder I and (1) Welder II positions. To me this would indicate a fabricating line for cryogenic tanks for on site H2 storage or skills to weld tank for delivering H2. Level II generally means qualified to fabricate pressurized tanks from scratch. They really need to beef up if all these 100+mw projects are heating up. Or for their logistics distributing H2 across the US.  ...
