Hey all, new to this forum. I have been in and out of PLUG since they announced the WalMart forklift deal. It has always seemed like a high potential stock but it never lived up to the hype. I had a lot to learn. I am still learning, but I took notice when Middleton bought a million shares a while back. I have seen this signal in several other companies where insiders make a big buy. (Granted a million shares at sub dollar prices is not much to a multi millionaire, but he had to know something.) That was a buy signal for me. Today, it feels like I have done something right for a change....

What is absolutely the key indicator that will run Plug into the 30s is the results if the first quarter. This is phenomenal for Plug and is an indication that Plug and Hydrogen has caught on and is exploding fast and furious. Jose is EXECUTING and it will only get stronger. The next quarter will tattle tale the Negative Narative and will cement the momentum that Hydrogen is generating. This is a vicious cycle-if your waiting to move to H you better get out the checkbook and Plug is taking orders that will run out years and years. Great 1st quarter for Plug Power. Environmental disaster of oil spill off kharg island in Iran, being intentionally censored to keep off news. Gulf states need desalinized water from that oil slick water. Aerial bombing is ludicrous in oil pipeline concentrations in Iran.. Renewable energy of green hydrogen can and will be the future. Burning tar fuel carbon oil and gas is horse and buggy era tech. Green Hydrogen made by Plug Power is non polluting necessity in the worlds energy future. Constant Middle East war and need to be in that region is another reason we should not abandon clean energy. Who wants their children to die in wars in the Middle East. Plug is well positioned to provide one of the many solutions to reduce the need for oil. I suspect that the SP will fluctuate daily and weekly for some time to come. Yes we had an excellent quarterly report, on top of a Q4'25 good report. If you are a "slow and steady" person, which I am and have been with respect to PLUG for quite some time, then there will be more up and down days for the next 3-6-9 months. The same applied to BE. There was a year or two of "is this company going to continue to produce positive results?". After it became clear that the answer to that question was "YES", then BE showed a rapid rise from $18 per share to the $280 range. I do not expect that PLUG will go to $200+. A big thanks to camel9543 for supplying the Patent No filed as a process patent for VSP. I didn’t find an explicit statement on how Plug will receive their license but they will. It would only require a small investment to print the blanket for their use, business. It only applies to PEM electroylizers so that is really going to help their sales going forward. When new technologies come about they sometimes take time for businesses and consumers to adapt but on occasion calamaties happen and that new technology moves at warp speed because of the need . Scalability is just a marketing term to generate hype. Maybe companies have to be fiscally responsible and run their company based on real world economics, so that they are profitable. They also have to concentrate on their core products and services that drive their business, and H2 might not be a factor that drives or grows business....

I am not worried. Jose went out of his way to reiterate that the surprise revenue was not limited to Q1 and that Q2 was "in line" with Q1's revenue so given that Q2 of 2025 was \~174M in revenue, we may be close to or over $200M for Q2 2026 which would put Plug at over $45M higher than the previous year for the 1st half of 2026. All this keeps the lights on and then some but what we really need is a data center announcement this year too....

Question though, if you had a hydrogen fueled car and you ran out of fuel at home what would you do? Would you have a can that is rated for 5,000-10,000 PSI to use for refueling?...

It is a right they give themselves as they lend you cheap money to buy shares possibly. On a none margin, they cannot lend your shares unless you ask them to and they will even share the money with you made out of it. All of this for e trade here as I use them. I don’t know about others. I know e trade had most my shares with them out on loan to others because the last vote I could only vote for a fraction of my holding with them. An other none margin account with Wells Fargo, I could vote all my shares there so I assume, the account being none margin, they did not lend them out....

A year ago Plug was 65 cents and looked like it was headed for collapse. With Andy still at the helm and Jose Luis coming in as heir apparent , they made a plan to bring Plug back .
